How to convert a Word document to PDF

Since the introduction of the 2007 version of Microsoft Word, are given the option to save the document in PDF format, as well as the classic .docx or .doc


Open the Word document you want to convert to PDF. Now click the File tab, and select Save as.

Now choose where to save the new file (in the example below I chose the Desktop), in the window that opens, under Save as type, select PDF.

Last step, click the Save button to convert word files to PDF.


Now you can see your converted Word files to PDF on the Desktop.


You can use the same procedure to convert Excel files and Power Point to PDF.
